The democratic republic of Peru, is located in the Southamerican Continent, it has an area of 1 250 000 squared kilometers, divided in three natural different regions that influence in the weather that is varied from the freezing one of the Range of the Andes, the tropical climate of the amazonic jungle and the arid weather of the Peruvian Coast. Perú has a great biodiversity that is the result of the presence of the Range of Andes in Peruvian Territory, a biodiversity that is reflected in the high number of species of flora and fauna.


Thanks to the visits of many people to our Country, tourism became the third economical activity that leaves the major amount of foreign currency in Peru, just mining and fishing are before it. Peru still depends on ancient economical activities as kattling and agriculture especially in the rural zones, far from the great cities but leave less amount of foreign currency.


The History of Peru starts 5000 years ago with civilizations that built the first cities and metropolis as the one existing at the north of the Capital of Peru Lima, the city of Caral, built simultaneously to the development of the ancient civilizations of Middle East.

History of Peru gets a total overturned with the appearance of different cultures previous to the Tawantinsuyo Empire, cultures from which the Incas received and better off many techniques and traditions from cultures of the North of Peru as the Mochicas, Chimu and Chinchas or cultures from the Peruvian South as the Tiawanacu or Wari. Cultures that left inmortal legacies as the Nazca Lines, Sillustani among others.

The ancestral culture of the Incas got started with a mythical legend, picked up by the Spaniard chronicles and local ones, the Incas expanded their territory up to the actual territories of the Republics of Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, territory that was unified by a great web of trials that joined all the towns governed by the denominated local sirs. Machupicchu the biggest masterpiece of the ancient Peru was built during the height of this culture work of one of the most ambicious and greatest emperors of the Peruvian History.

With the arrival of the Spaniards in the XVI Century, the European traditions got melt with the ones of the locals, a mixture of traditions that persist up to date. Spaniards dominated the Peruvian Territory until 1821 year in which Liberator Jose de San Martin declared the Independence of Peru.

Nowadays the Peruvian Nation, is one of the republics where tourism is lived the best way, in special the region of Cusco declared as Cultural Patrimony of Humanity by UNESCO.
