The Peruvian culinary experience begins with pickup at your hotel and a visit to the traditional Surquillo market, where you’ll immerse yourself in the local culture, discover native ingredients, taste exotic fruits, and learn about regional products, fresh fish, and seafood. Next, you will participate in a hands-on cooking class led by a professional chef, who will guide you in preparing an appetizer and a main course, while introducing you to traditional Peruvian flavors and techniques, complemented by tastings of native potatoes, fresh ingredients, and a local beverage. After enjoying the dishes you have prepared, you will be transferred by private transport back to your hotel.
