With elaborate gardens, a swimming pool, a hammock house and lounge, the lodge is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding jungle, with many different excursions available, both by the foot and on the river
We’ll pick you up from the airport or your hotel, and after a quick tour of the city we’ll head to the Explorama dock to board our boat to Ceiba Tops Lodge. We’ll then head off on a 40 km boat ride down the Amazon River to Ceiba Tops. After settling in and seeing the grounds and facilities, we’ll go on an afternoon hike in the beautiful primary rainforest reserve that surrounds the lodge, seeing many huge trees bedecked with epiphytes, “air plants” ...

Afterwards we’ll visit the small indigenou...

Here, we’ll meet farmers and fisherman who live day-to-day on the resources they harvest from the surrounding rivers and rainforest. This will be a great cultural experience, as families in river communities love to invite visitors into their homes. And ...
